Tomorrow is the day we’ll work on the last section of your coursework – the Evaluation. We’ll take about 20 minutes to go through and then you can start to draft it out in the remaining time.
We have a double this Thursday and we are in the computer room for the first lesson. There will also be a coursework support session after school on Thursday.

Bearing in mind that I’m not going to see many of you for another 2 weeks ,I’m really concerned about some of you meeting the final deadline. I’ve therefore decided to make a note of the last few deadlines so you can try and keep track of your work and meet the final deadline.
Thursday 26th June – Completed Conclusion. If you are going to be on the Business Studies trip please hand it to me the day before on West.
Thursday 3rd July – Completed Evaluation
Thursday 10th July – Completed project – THE WHOLE LOT !

That’s right – tomorrow is the day we are going to tackle the Conclusion! We’ll in R1 for the first lesson , where if your up for it we can tackle Spearman’s Rank Correlation coefficient and the second lesson we’ll back in T12 and we’ll go through how to write a level 3 Conclusion.
Looking forward to reading your Analysis and those of you who didn’t hand in parts of your Data Presentation ,please make sure you have it with you tomorrow.

I’ve marked 7 coursework projects tonight and intend to make 7 phone calls home tomorrow. I’ve decided to try and phone home whether I’m disappointed or pleased. So whose work have I marked – you’ll have to wait and see. I’ll try to mark a couple more tomorrow evening.
Please don’t forget Coursework support this Thursday – the Queen will be disappointed if you do!
Just to remind you that this week’s extended learning is to complete the Data Presentation section for Thursday 12th June. Keep to the deadlines and you’ll be all done by 1st July.

It was great to see so many of you at Coursework Support last Thursday – nearly half of the class in fact! I think some of you were amazed how much work you got done. Next week’s session is going to be on Thursday 5th June. In Tuesday’s lesson we are going to start the next section – Data Presentation and continue with it in Thursday’s double lesson. Next Tuesday , the 10th of June we are going to start the Data Analysis section . As you can see ,we are moving at quite a pace. You need to ensure that you are present for each and every lesson or else you will fall behind very quickly.

I’ve just finished marking your Methodologies. Some of them are really good but some need lots of work. I think most of the class could benefit by attending the after school session this coming Thursday.
This Thursday ( 22nd May)you should be handing in the second part of your Methodology which focuses on the Water Quality tests.
